One of the biggest issues was the excessive fees. You agree to one rent price, but once all the extra fees are added in, youâre paying several hundred dollars more each month than you expected. It feels misleading and adds up fast. The townhouse itself is built with cheap materials, and noise travels easily from outside. We also had several other issues from the start. The blinds and ice maker were broken, and the washer and dryer were filthy and barely functioning. We had to submit multiple maintenance requests before they believed us and finally replaced them. Despite multiple requests, the ice maker was never fixed during our lease. If you decide to live here, document everything at move-in. Take pictures and videos of every detail. A lot of things may not be working, and you donât want to be blamed for them later. The only real positives are the location and the garage. Other than that, I wouldnât recommend living here. Iâm honestly very relieved to have moved out, and itâs unfortunate that I still have to deal with the landlord and property manager instead of moving on with my life. There are plenty of newer places with more amenities that you could live in instead.

We lived here for a year and we would not return to another complex run by this management. You pay an extremely high amount of fees per month. Our unit was extremely dirty when we moved in and way cleaner at move out. We were still charged an extreme amount of fees. Coming from someone who has gotten their FULL deposit back at every other complex they have ever lived at, being charged such a high fee at move-out was a complete shock. Would definitely not recommend this complex unless youâre looking to spend an additional 150+ a month in fees and low quality services throughout the lease.

Avoid living here. Apartments are cheaply made. The gates never work, so youâll get packages stolen. And the property owners only care about squeezing as much money from tenants as possible, they donât care about putting anything back into the property to fix things or make it better for tenants. They will nickel and dime every aspect of living charging ridiculous fees for anything they can. They also force you to pay a high price for terrible internet/tv, among other things. But unfortunately thatâs kind of standard these days for wanna be slum lords. There are much better apartment complexes and property owners downtown. Look elsewhere.

Honestly the worst apartments and I would avoid them if you can. The apartments themselves are horribly made and you constantly hear the traffic noise or plethora of people who just yell outside your windows. Going with the theme of horribly made, the downstairs can not be kept at a comfortable temperature probably due to cheap windows and no insulation. Literally could not use the living room or kitchen in the winter because of how cold it was. Packages are constantly stolen and the side gate that allegedly locks was broken the entire year I lived there.

My roommate and I have just moved in.. it’s been about 1 month of living here. So far, we have had our doormat stolen right by our front door and my roommates car was just broken into last night. The crime around here is horrible. The gates are not locked as they should be. The houses themselves are nice and we have loved living here so far but now we are second-guessing choosing this place as our home. Not to mention, there’s homeless all around and one even sleeps across the street from our front window.
